I think this comes down to your perceive range. What do you think he thinks you're opening here? If he thinks you are loose, I call. If he think you are tight, I Fold.

fuck it i can't wait I wanna chat about all these Wink

I don't like it. If we have reads we can possible make this fold in icm but I think its not something we want in our strategy. It messes with our image a bit when we do this. There's a time and place to do it and I like having a weak Ax or Kx, but i think we can either min/call here or fold pre.

Yah I prefer fold pre I think tbh.  It really hurt to r/f as I didn't plan on him before opening.  Slapped my wrist a bit I guess lol

I wonder though, as our stack gets lower, and with the shove being a significant portion of our stack and tourn life, can we get away with this more?  Vs any sort of thinking opp, I will likely get credit for a premium some of the time with this open, and most people know their fold equity in this spot isnt great. I dunno. just a thought.

Well there is two issues vs a thinking opponent, first they are harder to trick like this, and 2nd they will exploit you more and faster for doing this. We can open up our game and try to balance this kinda thing but then it leaves our shoving range capped, so you can really mess up your strategy if you aren't careful and thorough.
