Infinite Equity?
There are times when we have zero showdown equity on the river but we feel an overbet or allin bluff will be profitable. In these spots if instead of going all in, we reserve even 1 chip, we save our tourney life. We can fold that chip if villain reshoves getting 1000 to 1 or whatever because we have zero equity if we call. Even if its just one chip we have infinite more equity left in the tournament than if we bust. So our bet is almost the exact same but one has some form of super equity?

So is this why you don't just ship when you're under 10 bb and at a final table. lol
