Adjusting stack sizes

Working on my ranges still, but I need to clarify something...

Ive seen a couple different stack size charts out there and was wondering if I am using the right one..

The First one is

0-10bb
11-15bb
16-22bb
23-35bb
35-45bb
45+bb

and the second is

0-15bb
16-25bb
26-35bb
36-50bb
50+bb

alright ill skip some math and tell you that each opponent is only calling with 10% of hands and folding the rest. That means atc is +ev.....now what are we opening?

What's our opening range? Whats our calling range vs a 3bet% (10% villain 3bet)?
