There are many ironies in this that I should wish to point out.  But I fear if I don’t start with the following comments you won’t get that far.

If I asked you to tell me your opening range from the cut off (or some position) with 15bbs or 20bbs (whatever stack we don’t always shove) with antes in play, could you tell me?  If we decided in 1 hand there 2 regs and in another there is a reg and a rec player, would this change your answer?  What if one 3bet shoved 10% and the other 27%?
My point is this:  how did you come up with this, do you know that math or are you just going by feel and what the norm is.

My guess is you are just going by feel, because so is everyone else.  I think this because they are also going by feel.  I know this because I searched for the fundamentals to do the math work involved in solving this question and the information is just not out there.  Yet.

This means something plain and simple. You are a religious poker player, playing with a strategy based on belief that is not valid.
This is important to understand because if you don’t face this plain and simple fact then my video will be of no use for you.  If you cannot admit what is painfully obvious then you are too ignorant to understand something new.

We can see proof of this since everything in the video is essentially laid out in this thread. But as we can see, the response has been nothing but ridicule.  This was not the response of the few pros I talked to in person.  The response was twofold.  I’ll give the latter part out: they do not want this kind of strategy talked about in public.

But before I go into coming changes of the game and new realizations we have access to, I should like to talk about the apparent ignorance of your post.  I am offended by it IF you are implying I would not have just given you the password in the first place, and that you thought you should have to get it from someone in your own group (CPF).  I blocked it out so 180 regs couldn’t spread my game and exploit me, I wasn’t hiding it from anyone, let alone this forum, to whom I have always had a great interest in developing (both the players and the forum).

I should speak quickly also about my graph, as many people are quick to forget about those who run under unfortunate times, and just as quick follow those that are lucky enough to hit uptrends in their career.   In this thread http://www.pokerforum.ca/f53/different-kind-strategy-29013/ I elude to someone pointing out the faults in my graph, but we must remember that our ability to read a poker graph in this way is very correlated to our ability to play poker.  Shortly after I was mocked for my performance, I spent nearly 6 months as the number 1 180 grinder on the charts.  This doesn’t show up on the yearly lb because I didn’t play much in the first 4 months of the year because I had no roll.  This doesn’t mean I am the best mttsng player obviously, and these days while dealing with a few swings doesn’t mean that I am not the best mttsng player either.

I am able to see now what hands to min raise based on the reshove/flatting %’s of the stacks behind in shortstack poker.  In order to do this I had to break some religious barriers such as when shoving is more profitable than min raising and when min raising is theoretically wrong.  I also had to reconstruct the accepted definition of what antes are, in short M and BB’s needs revision (although it seems at this time Adam Smith does not).

There is also an image of poker stove that is important, not sure I can post images with such an account.  But it’s a combination of hands I have never seen highlighted before.

Once this information is in the hands of the average player then the game will begin to lag up, and the obvious change will be 3bet shoving will become the important strategy of the time.  The trick is, and maybe someone can verify my conjecture here:  you cannot exploit someone’s strategy if you don’t know what their strategy is.  Now I realize that in some ways that might be wrong, but in poker if you don’t understand a player’s strategy you cannot begin to truly exploit it (you cannot profit of it).

So in that, I am not being exploited at the moment, and it will take quite some time (months?) before that changes.  But you cannot learn to 3bet respond properly until you understand the opening aspect.

Also flatting and playing short stack poker post flop becomes integral as a new game is opening up when we can min open any stack size we choose.   This post flop play with less than 10bbs effective is something few players have any experience with.   If you read stevepas thread, imo, they skipped the real discovery, and it was just the tip of the iceberg.

Something I never understood a while back is that you all have poker friends.  I have next to none, maybe my backer, to whom I can relate to about being a poker player.  The most uplifting time over the last couple years was being in a skype group with like players, only they understand what I go through on a daily, weekly, monthly, basis to some degree.  When I met some of these pro players in Vancouver it wasn’t long before they were interested in what you all here call ‘stupidity’.  Very quickly as I understand we were joking (half-heartedly) about how we re-wrote parts of the game.

Specifically we talked about 3betting to zero, and cib 3betting, to which I had been experimenting with in the previous months.  But I don’t have access to people who are high enough level to talk about it.  I have tons of this stuff I just want to throw out there but I have no outlet.

I do also think that the coming changes are good and important. When we make the game harder we force mediocre players to either learn, quit, or becoming losing players.  It’s change that the game needs, not fear of that change.  We want non players to hear that if they work hard they too can become winning players.   We want people to know it is a fair game to those that are skilled.  Opening the strategy wider then becomes something we all gain from.

This all points to something I have written about mixed meta-game strategies.  This will be the new level of poker that might bring such a change about.  I spouted 11 pages on the subject, but much like the video you are asking about it will read like complete gibberish to you, if you are not open to learning something new and creative.  MMS is increasingly important with such advanced huds, tracking sites, and networking (skype, aim, messenger, fb).  In my feild if I show a horse a mistake they can bring it to their coach, who can show it to their stable, and they can also bring it to another coach.
There are two ways to approach this game, one with the vision it is finite and you must rip off the fish.  I think this is a sithical and evil approach to the game.  I think you make money at first and slowly make less and less.  In this age of technology that amount will decrease more and more each year, each month, each day.

The other way is to believe in an infinite game.  A game which you can never fully solve, that can be enjoyable for all, and those that work the hardest reap proportional rewards.  In this we might believe that through helping others we all benefit.  Because both the teacher and the student learn when there is a lesson, in this a good teacher always sees themselves as the student as well.  And a good teacher holds nothing back and rejects no students.
It’s the latter person that stands to gain from the coming evolutions of the game, not that I am suggesting this is my evolution; it’s just inevitable fact this game is huge and will continue to grow and change.
The rest of the explanations of the further advancement of the game lead to esoteric things that are too much to explain for this post.
The video may be wrong in some ways but the concept is important, I have grown considerably since then in poker knowledge.  Lastly I should like to end with the statement that I do not hate or wish ill will upon any person or group.  To the contrary, I wish to tend the world towards non-violence and the type of intelligence that develops compassion towards ALL people.  I do hope for success in poker and my endeavors as it may grant me the opportunity to spread such things.

The password is shalom.  It’s a Hebrew greeting that means peace.
If you have any questions post them, if I ever get un banned I’ll be happy to answer them

Thx.
