ah icic. This is a 3betting error, 3betting is likely the next thing you need to work on. It has its own formulas and applications. Here we should be flatting ak jj, and maybe qq.

The simplest explanation is we can't really 3bet for value and expect worse ranges to 4bet. Its mostly because of our stack depth, we're too deep.

You can still use the mantra, if we 3bet here we gii, and it will keep you on the right track, its just our 3betting construct will keep us from 3betting here so we won't get in this spot.
