<12bb
Under 12BB we should be primarily shoving, but sometimes min/calling our nut hands. If we expect to get called we should shove our MIN/CALLING range and if we see our opponents folding to much we should ship ATC.

12-15bb
In between 12-15bb we can now min/call, shove, and min/fold. We will min/call the top of our range, shove the bottom of min/call range and min/fold if villain(s) are folding (x) amount of the time.

>16BB

Over 16BB we can min/call(raise to get in), min to gain post flop and steal. We will stick to our min/call ranges if we expect to get 3 bet shoved on, min for post & min/call range if we expect to get called and min/fold if villain(s) are folding (x) amount of the time.

Our ranges

Since there are so many variables to take into account, we cannot have a static opening range for any one position, but rather a ever evolving range that adapts to the variables.

Still a working progress, what do you think?

I understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. Its hard to believe me that its not a good idea because so many other players do it and talk about it.

Read these quotes by Bruce Lee:
BL wrote:
When there is freedom from mechanical conditioning, there is simplicity.

Jeet Kune Do favors formlessness so that it can assume all forms and since Jeet Kune Do has no style, it can fit in with all styles.

Jeet Kune Do rejects all restrictions imposed by form and formality and emphasizes the clever use of the mind and body to defend and attack.

The man who is really serious, with the urge to find out what truth is, has no style at all. He lives only in what is.

Emptiness the starting point. — In order to taste my cup of water you must first empty your cup. My friend, drop all your preconceived and fixed ideas and be neutral. Do you know why this cup is useful? Because it is empty.

Have no rigid system in you, and you’ll be flexible to change with the ever changing.

“All fixed set patterns are incapable of adaptability or pliability. The truth is outside of all fixed patterns.”
You see we are taught that categorization and separation and form, is the correct way to approach subjects such as these. But that form is what kills you as a living entity, in this case as a poker player.

I didn't lay out such rules to you as 12 bbs or 16 bbs or so on, therefore you created a system with built in assumptions. System is never optimal and always has an exploitative counter

This is the most correct aspect of your post, notice how 'open' it is. My guess is as soon as you typed this you realized the response you were going to get.

Just to be clear I am different than anyone else you will find. I am not a fan of creating charts, cheat sheets, system, plans, etc. My goal is always to unteach people of such processes

you want to remember that in poker we get paid most for being an outlier. It is true that you are doing what every other player is doing by making charts and categorizing your play. And all the books you would have read might have had chapters based on stack sizes or stages of the game.

But this isn't the correctest way to look at it. Instead we are to take each situation as it comes, so we don't get stuck missing information because it doesn't fall into our 'system'.

It seems daunting at first but soon you are able to realize spots that you understand and others don't.

What you want to do is work on your notes, because notes teach us to think about our opponents play and that is 2nd level thinking. And we can't learn 3rd level thinking until we have strong 2nd level skills etc.
